True English Fudge originated in Devonshire and embodies the richness of this beautiful region.  it has a proper, crumbly texture that is not anything near the wet, sticky, mushy, sickeningly sweet mess that is called fudge elsewhere.

And just so you know --- we don't let corn syrup get anywhere near our fudge.
